Each month we celebrate our culture heroes. Culture heroes are given the ethos award by their peers during our fortnightly team meeting. Then here on the blog, we give them a shoutout and ask them a few questions about what it’s like working remotely for In Marketing We Trust.
Today we are celebrating Ania Cerezo who’s recognised with two nominations for her ability to “get shit done”.
Our Values
Ania Cerezo
Ania was awarded two ethos awards for her ability to “get shit done” in the workplace.
“I nominate Ania for getting stuff done especially in winning three opportunities in the last 2 weeks. Ania rallies all her team members, supports them, chases clients, and made sure sales opportunities are won.”
“Ania has been nothing but relentless at following up with clients plus chasing down team members for work that needs to be actioned. Thanks for all your hard work, Ania. A nomination for ‘getting stuff done’ is a no-brainer.”
Any tips for keeping yourself focused and delivering great results while working from home?
Scheduling your tasks according to priority and definitely taking breathers in between – your butt can handle more than 8 hours of sitting down, but your mind needs a break.
Could you briefly describe your main tasks and responsibilities?
My tasks and responsibilities as a Digital Project Manager are:
- Managing projects and making sure the clients are happy
- Managing the team’s deliverables and needs, and monitoring budgets
- Always on the lookout when clients need assistance
