Sam McConnell and Alan Spender Join In Marketing We Trust

We are thrilled to announce that as part of our continued hiring spree, we have expanded our sales and paid media teams with a new Commercial Director and Head of Paid Media.

Strategic hires have been made to support our continued global growth. In addition to a number of hires across In Marketing We Trust, we have expanded our sales and paid media teams, adding four people to the team.

Sam McConnell joins In Marketing We Trust as Commercial Director

Sam McConnell will join us as Commercial Director to lead our growth, along with a new sales team. With more than 15 years of experience, his background includes working with some of the best agencies in Australia and the United States. Sam has developed strategic solutions and driven business growth for a range of leading global brands and will now be taking on our own growth in sales and marketing.

Also joining this month is Alan Spender, who will be leading the paid media team. Alan brings over 12 years of experience to the role, having held down senior roles at Pushys Online, Brisbane Airport and Alpha Companies. He will be supported by a number of new paid specialists to continue our growth in paid media across Australia and the APAC region.

Alan Spender joins In Marketing We Trust as Head of Paid Media

Beyond APAC, there is a significant amount of new business coming from North America and Europe. We have recently secured a deal with a major travel company to optimise performance across 20 markets and tap into innovative solutions such as customisable Large Language Models to create quality, brand-safe AI-generated content using our proprietary software.

While we have a number of new hires servicing our clients, our fantastic Account Managers (or Pod Leaders as we like to call them) will continue to work closely with our clients, ensuring the high-quality service we have always delivered while our new team members get up to speed.
