Recognition is a big part of IMWT’s culture and we make a point of acknowledging the team’s hard work and commitment both internally and also online so that everyone can give a virtual clap!
Our team consists of team members from 16 different countries but, luckily, showing appreciation for a job well done is a practice that brings a bit of positive reinforcement and a whole lot of praise in spite of any cultural differences.
We get it, we sound a bit cheesy, but we are keeping the tradition going as we want to make sure that our superheroes get all the recognition they deserve for their hard work.
Our Culture Heroes
This month we are giving a massive shoutout to Kirsty and Justine, as they have been using their superpowers to the max and made sure they did an outstanding job, in tune with our core values.
Ethos Award Winners
Justine is being recognised for ‘Getting Stuff Done’, as she went above and beyond. Justine ensures our customers are getting the best service and the attention they deserve. Plus a bit extra. Justine is one of our talented and driven Account Managers, running major projects and being the (lovely, we might say!) interface between the hard work delivered and our clients.
Curiosity and Creativity is one of our core values and we always try to incorporate it not only into our long-term goals but also in our daily tasks. And trust us when we say, even spreadsheet-ing can be more fun (or at least less tedious) when trying to make the best of it. Rest assured, if there is a better and more innovative way to approach a situation, an issue or a project we’re going to find it.
Kirsty is our in-house Editor in Chief and, besides running all editorial work, she goes above and beyond, finding creative ways of improving our monthly Google Marketing Platform meetup. Kirsty ensures all our events are a great success, providing exceptional marketing insights for our audience and helping to run the events behind the scenes. These events have proved so successful, we’ve just opened up Google Marketing Platform events in Singapore too.
As a fully remote company, we might tend to do things differently and as an innovative agency, we sure do! However, a solid pillar when it comes to our internal culture is our ability to recognise both our downs and touchdowns and make sure that great work is always recognised.
