Day two brought a wealth of strategic insights, starting with a PESTEL analysis from our Chief Innovation Officer, Frederic Chanut, that examined the external factors shaping our market. The day also featured Remie Plehan and Martin Dunk, who outlined the future of Corporate Services, and the exciting announcement of Andrei Inso’s new role as Digital Transformation Champion—a move that underscores our commitment to innovation.
Adding a practical twist, CEO Paul Hewett and Head of Corporate Services, Martin Dunk, delivered a hands-on session on using GPTs to streamline workflows, offering actionable examples of AI integration in daily tasks.
The evening brought the team together for a much-needed dose of karaoke fun, proving that while we work hard, we know how to let loose too (even if no one’s ready to share those videos).
Day 3: Celebrating Success and Deepening Client Insights
On day three, we shifted focus to celebrating team wins and understanding our clients on a deeper level. Sam McConnell shared the Commercial team’s achievements and future goals, while another session explored the success stories of client integrations, such as the Ipsos iSay team—a testament to the value we deliver.
