The Head of Corporate Services at In Marketing We Trust, Martin has been with the company for two years. He developed his considerable knowledge and skills in the field of Operations Management while working for companies in Canada, Austria, France and the UK.
At In Marketing We Trust, Martin is responsible for developing internal processes and overseeing critical functions such as Finance, People and Culture, IT infrastructure and company operations. Since joining the company Martin has introduced improvements and efficiencies to the internal operations through utilisation of tech, analysis and understanding of performance and coaching for his team. He says the best part about his job is being able to see the visible impact the changes his team makes on the overall performance of the company.
Outside of work Martin is always seeking out adventure and the next physical challenge. As a member of the Vipers Run Club he enjoys trail running in the Blue Mountains or cycling around the Greater Sydney area. He says he loves anything that takes him out into the natural environment including running long distances in the bush but give him a new season of Ted Lasso and we’re betting he’ll be happy to binge watch that on the couch.
