The problem
The decision is already being made before anyone clicks through.
Search drove traffic, rankings drove visibility, and the funnel was reasonably predictable. That model is broken.
The discovery landscape has fragmented across dozens of platforms, each with its own intent signals, content formats, and algorithms. AI Overviews synthesise the answer before a click ever happens. LLMs recommend brands without your input. In high-consideration categories, the shortlist is often decided before a customer reaches your site at all.
Most brands are not invisible. They are just invisible at the moments that matter.
Discovery360 was built for exactly this problem.
How it works
Three components.
One connected methodology.
Every engagement is led by a senior digital strategist working alongside our data science team. The analysis is built from your data, scoped to your category, and structured around three components.
01. Behavioural Personas
Start with the human.
Behavioural Personas are evidence-based audience profiles built around how customers actually behave when they are discovering, researching, and deciding online. Not who they are in a demographic sense. How they move, what they trust, where they go, and what shifts their intent.
Each persona is constructed from first-party analytics, category research, and real platform signals. The result is a profile grounded in actual discovery behaviour, not assumptions, that anchors the entire engagement.
02. Moment Map
Not all moments are equal. Prioritise the ones that move the needle.
Every customer journey contains moments where intent forms, decisions are made, and brands are evaluated or dismissed. Our strategists identify those moments for your specific audience through keyword, query, and prompt research, then score them using the Moment Priority Index (MPI).
The MPI combines three dimensions to determine which moments deserve the most investment: how much attention the customer gives this stage, how frequently it occurs across your audience, and how close it is to a commercial decision. Every brand’s Moment Map is different. Moments are defined by evidence, not assumed in advance.
A moment scoring 90 on MPI means high attention, high volume, and high commercial proximity. That is where your budget and content investment should concentrate first.
03. Activation Blueprint
A moment-by-moment plan for how your brand shows up.
The Activation Blueprint is the operational output of the Moment Map. It is organised by moment of intent: each column corresponds to a specific journey moment, and every element flows from what the persona is doing, thinking, and seeking at that point.
This is not a channel plan or a content calendar. It is a moment-by-moment specification built by our strategy and data science teams, designed for direct handoff to your channel specialists or internal teams.
Each moment is defined across six dimensions:
Customer mindset
What the customer is trying to do, and what motivates them
Strategic response
How the brand should position itself to influence the outcome
Discovery surfaces
Where this moment occurs across the surfaces in scope
Discovery triggers
The search terms, prompts, and signals indicating this moment is active
Activation approach
How the brand activates: content, creative, media, or influence
Measurement
How success at this moment is defined and tracked
Every persona. Every moment.
Same moments. Different maps.
Each persona’s journey is mapped independently. The same seven moments carry different weight, surface on different platforms, and demand different activation strategies.
The discovery landscape
Twelve surfaces. One unified view.
Each surface has its own user intent, content requirements, and optimisation logic. Treating them as interchangeable produces the wrong strategy. Our team maps customer behaviour across all twelve.

Where it sits
Part of a connected strategic methodology.
Discovery360 is most effective when built on diagnostic clarity. It maps customer behaviour across 12 discovery surfaces, the platforms and environments where consumers search for, evaluate, and choose brands. Our approach follows a deliberate sequence, though the entry point is tailored to where your organisation is today.

Our approach
No AI slop. Verified data. Scientific methodology.
The market is flooded with AI-generated analysis and strategy tools that look polished but are built on generic, fabricated insights. At best, they produce bland outputs no one acts on. At worst, they send you in the wrong direction entirely.
Discovery360 is grounded in validated qualitative and quantitative data, analysed by our data science team and interpreted by senior strategists. Every insight is traceable to a data source. Every recommendation is defensible.
No shiny-looking fake personas. No fabricated journey maps. No slop.
