I was very excited to attend a 1 day CRO workshop where I could finally get exposure to a more strategic approach to my testing. I learnt a lot during the session and was able to get a much better understanding of the process.

Online CRO Course Overview

Conversion rate optimisation comprises of multiple stages from goal setting through to analysing results. Our CRO training will walk you through this journey and cover the fundamentals of optimisation.

The total course duration is 4.5 hours over 3 sessions (90 minutes each), with 1 session per month.

Session 1: Identify Golden Opportunities

CRO is far greater than gimmicks and A/B testing. Understanding your users and knowing how to extract insights from user testing, session recording and feedback is the base of any successful CRO work.

You will learn:

  • Heuristic analysis

  • Qualitative research

Session 2: Get Testing Right

Our testing is derived from scientific hypothesis testing. It requires a strict methodology and an informed tester to gain clear and valid results.

We bring this rigorous approach to all our testing and we make sure you understand each step and the logic behind it.

You will learn how to:

  • Form strong hypotheses
  • Effectively prioritise experiments
  • Use proper tools for testing

Session 3: Post-test Analysis

Conversion Optimisation can become one of the biggest cultural assets in your company. Learn how to install a CRO culture within your business. We will cover reporting wins and losses, how to share insights, open resources and get management buy-in.

Master how to:

  • Use the right statistical approach
  • Report on performance
  • Extract key learnings
